Mr. Christmas has a background spanning investment banking, private equity investing, and operational leadership. His focus at Tenex is on identifying and implementing operational initiatives, as well as working on the investment team to evaluate and underwrite investments.
Mr. Christmas previously served on the Investment team at Tenex as a Sr. Associate immediately prior to obtaining his MBA. Prior to that, he was as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., where he supported senior bankers across all industry groups in the origination and execution of investment banking transactions including mergers, acquisitions and debt financings for both private and sponsor backed clients with a focus on industrial & rental services, healthcare, and communications related companies.
Mr. Christmas currently serves on the board of Pugh Lubricants (Observer).
Mr. Christmas received his MBA from Columbia Business School and his B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
