New York, NY – January 7, 2026 – Tenex Capital Management (“Tenex”) is combining its existing portfolio companies United Aqua Group and Blue Haven Pools into the creation of a new pool industry platform, Aqua Alliance. Beyond the combination of these two businesses, the new holding company intends to pursue additional acquisitions of brands across the pool industry**.
Tenex has prior investment experience in the swimming pool industry, with past investments in Pool Distribution (Florida Water Products/Pool & Electrical Products/Aqua Central), Pool Manufacturing (Custom Molded Products), and Pool Service & Construction (Gold Medal Pools), in addition to these two most recent investments in a Group Purchasing Organization (United Aqua Group), and a Franchisor (Blue Haven Pools).
